Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bluering Systems. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and are here to help if something goes wrong. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.


๐Ÿ“… Return Period
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this period.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Eligibility & Packaging Condition
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

  • All original components, including the custom Dremax carton box, must be returned. This box is specifically designed for safe transport, and due to its custom nature, replacement packaging is not available.

    • If the box is missing or damaged, a return may be declined or a repackaging/restocking fee may apply.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


โš ๏ธ Returns for Used Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, products that have been used to process food (e.g., slicing, cutting) cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

If the item has been used and you believe it is not functioning as expected, we may request:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Video or photos showing how the product is being used and the results

This helps us determine whether the issue is due to:

  • Incorrect setup or use

  • Reasonable wear and tear

  • A manufacturing fault

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


๐Ÿ›  Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will investigate the issue and advise on the next steps.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Used food-processing equipment

  • Consumables, custom orders, or sale items

  • Gift cards

To start a return, email us at s.higuchi@blueringsystems.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)

Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and it hasnโ€™t appeared, please contact us.
